The atmosphere of this game is really good. The hunger feature makes the game slightly harder than I was comfortable with. There are lots of times where I was completely lost as to what to do. There is no tutorial to tell you how to use firearms or missile weapons. The user interface is really good, but I have to keep closing the inventory window on the side or I'll miss secret buttons. Most dungeons require you to find secret buttons to continue the main story. That makes dungeon crawling a chore.
